Sigrid Therapeutics lists SiPore® range on Fullscript platform
Sigrid Therapeutics has made its SiPore® practitioner portfolio available through Fullscript, a North American health technology platform used by more than 125,000 healthcare providers. The listing gives US clinicians direct access to two SiPore® products through an ordering system they already use for supplements and clinical tools.
The Stockholm-based company offers two formulations built on the same patented technology. SiPore® Capsules are classified as a dietary supplement and are positioned for everyday metabolic support. SiPore® Liquid is classified as a medical food, comes in single-serve sachets, and delivers what Sigrid describes as the highest-strength dose of the platform, intended for structured metabolic health protocols.
Both products are designed to work within the gastrointestinal tract. The company says SiPore® mechanically entraps digestive enzymes involved in breaking down carbohydrates and fats during digestion, slowing nutrient absorption and aiming to moderate post-meal glucose and lipid excursions. Sigrid emphasises that the technology is non-systemic and is not absorbed into the bloodstream.
Chief executive Claus Kjærsgaard said the Fullscript listing makes it easier for clinicians to incorporate the products into routine patient care alongside nutrition and lifestyle interventions. Dr Sanjay Bhojraj, described as a board-certified cardiologist and preventive medicine specialist, said gut-local approaches represent "an important addition to the clinical toolkit" as practitioners increasingly track post-meal physiology using continuous glucose monitoring and time-in-range metrics.

Sigrid said the Fullscript launch follows acceptance of its pivotal SHINE clinical study for publication in eClinicalMedicine, a peer-reviewed journal within the Lancet Discovery Science group. The company did not release trial data, effect sizes, or the primary endpoint in its announcement. The published study will be the key document for practitioners and investors seeking to assess the evidence base for the platform.

The gut-local metabolic health space is attracting growing commercial attention as clinicians seek interventions positioned earlier in the metabolic dysfunction pathway, ahead of pharmacological treatment with GLP-1 receptor agonists or other systemic agents. The rapid uptake of consumer and clinical continuous glucose monitors has intensified interest in post-meal glucose management, and a number of companies, ranging from university spinouts to established nutraceutical groups, are developing fibre-based, enzyme-modulating and other gut-targeted approaches to address the same patient need.
